Notice on Possible Fuel Surcharge Adjustments

Dear Valued KTS Travelers,

Greetings from KTS Travel and Tours!

Due to the ongoing increase in global fuel prices brought about by current geopolitical and market conditions, we would like to inform our valued clients that certain airline tickets, tour packages, transfers, and other travel arrangements may be subject to additional fuel surcharge adjustments imposed by airlines and/or transportation suppliers.

These fuel surcharges are determined and implemented directly by the respective airlines or suppliers, in accordance with applicable regulations and approvals. They are intended to help carriers maintain flight operations amid fluctuations and increases in global fuel costs.

Important Information for Our Clients

Please take note of the following:

• Fuel surcharges are imposed by the airline or supplier and are beyond the control of KTS Travel and Tours.
• Additional fuel surcharges may be collected even if the original booking or tour package has already been fully paid.
• This advisory currently applies to affected March 2026 travel dates onward and may be extended to future departures depending on airline and supplier advisories.
• Any additional fuel surcharge imposed on a booking must be fully settled before departure and/or within the payment deadline provided by the airline or supplier.
• Airlines may require full payment of the applicable surcharge before ticket issuance, reissuance, or final booking confirmation.
• If a passenger chooses not to pay an airline-required surcharge, the affected booking may not be ticketed or confirmed.
• Any cancellation or refund resulting from a passenger's decision not to proceed with the additional surcharge will be subject to the applicable airline, supplier, fare, and booking conditions. Depending on these conditions, some payments may be partially refundable or non-refundable.

When Will You Be Informed?

KTS Travel and Tours will notify affected clients as soon as we receive an official advisory or updated charges from the airline or supplier concerning their booking.

Please understand that airlines and suppliers may release these adjustments closer to the scheduled travel date, since fuel surcharges can increase, decrease, change, or be removed depending on global fuel prices, market conditions, regulatory requirements, and airline policies.
